1952 Ford F1

About Project:

1952 FORD F1

Those of you who have been around the club very long know this featured truck.  You can look for a while and probably not come across a truck that's this beautiful and has as much history.  The owner of this truck (Denny Dehale)  has been loving this truck almost his entire life.

This F1 has been in the family since 1968 when my grandfather bought it for $1,361.00.   I first drove the truck when I was 14 and bought it from my grandfather when I was 16 for $50.00.

The truck has won many trophies including Best in Show, many Best in Class, and multiple local and national titles including:

National AACA award winner

National Ford Truck Show top 10 of 408 entries, Best in Class, and Truck of the Year

Elliott Museum Don Hudson Award & Best in Class

TCVCC Best in Class twice

The truck was on the cover of Vintage Truck Magazine for the March/April 2019 edition and also featured in an 8 page spread in the same issue.

Currently the cover truck for the NPD Ford truck parts catalog

The truck was invited to the 2018 Boca Raton Concourse by Steve Moskowitz.  Steve is the Executive Director of the AACA.

Clearly this is a special truck.

The truck underwent a Frame-Off restoration Frame off restoration that began in May of 2010 & finished on June 20 , 2015. This old truck has taken Charlene & I on an incredible journey & it is not over . Correct down to the proper valve stem caps w/ many NOS factory options .
